With a focus on quality furnishings and thoughtful styling, each property we stage gets the same attention to detail. But none of it happens in isolation – we always begin with a thorough consultation with the agent to ensure our styling aligns with the target market. Architecturally Influenced

It would be irresponsible not to consider the style of architecture and the location of properties during the staging process. 

We’re lucky in Christchurch to have some of the world’s most iconic buildings and houses dating back to the late 1950s when post-war architects developed a movement that would become internationally known as ‘The Christchurch Style’. The properties are legendary, but they’re not going to suit a staged décor influenced by the vintage charm of Cottagecore! However, maybe a turn-of-the-century weatherboard cottage in St Albans would make the perfect setting for an aspirational form of nostalgia.

Likewise, we take into account the size of the property and the perceived space. Influencing proportions and scale through effective staging is a cost-effective way of enhancing a home as it goes to market.

And, of course, there’s the outlook. We’ll enhance indoor-outdoor flow, lean into the views, distract from the neighbour’s garage…whatever it takes, we’re up for it!
